Welcome to this site hosted by Blanks/USA. Blanks/USA provides this site as a service to its customers. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our site. Please note your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and abide by these terms. If you don't agree to these terms, please do not use this site. Return Policy and Shipment Damage
Returns must be approved by Blanks/USA within 30 days of the purchase date. To make a return, contact Customer Care for a return authorization number. The returned product is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All products must be in saleable condition. Custom orders, Tab Dividers, Copytabs, Folders and Greeting Blanks are non-returnable. If your product is damaged in transit, please contact Customer Care immediately. Blanks/USA will be happy to file a claim with the carrier and send you any necessary replacements.

Occasionally, there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, colors and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you submit your order). We reserve the right to cancel any order subject to its accuracy with regard to terms, price and/or shipping specifications. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your invoice to Blanks/USA within 30 days of the purchase date. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Product Information
The products displayed at the site are available only to customers in the United States and Canada. The prices displayed at the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Unless otherwise specified, this site and the contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Blanks/USA's products and services available in the United States. This site is controlled and operated by Blanks/USA from its offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State of Minnesota. The waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Blanks/USA's right to later require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Site and shall not be modified except in a writing signed by both parties.
Termination
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Blanks/USA. You may terminate this agreement at any time. Blanks/USA also may terminate this agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site, if in Blanks/USA's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon any termination of the agreement by either you or Blanks/USA, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
