When will my order ship?

In-stock products ordered before 12pm CST ship the same day, while orders placed after ship the following business day. Please call us at 1-800-328-7311 or email us at for options on expediting shipments, additional fees will be applied for expedited shipping.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships from our warehouse. The email will contain your shipper tracking number. Click on the link within the email which will bring you to the shippers tracking web page. You will now be able to view the latest tracking information.

Can I calculate my shipping costs before I buy?

Yes. Simply add the item to your cart. Once in your cart, use the Estimate Shipping and Tax table to calculate your shipping costs by entering the destination state and zip code.

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes, we ship to U.S. military addresses through the United States Postal Service, but your order will be subject to special freight charges depending on the weight of your order. If shipping to a military address you must place your order with our customer service team during business hours at 1-800-328-7311 or email If you place the order on our website the freight costs shown will not be valid for military addresses and you will be contacted by support to determine actual freight costs.

Return Policy

Returns must be approved by Blanks/USA within 30 days of the purchase date. To make a return, contact Customer Care for a return authorization (RA) number. All returned product(s) are subject to a 10% minimum re-stocking fee + freight charges. All returned product(s) must be returned in salable condition and in original packaging. All returns are subject to review before credit will be issued. All custom manufactured products are non-returnable.

If your original ordered product is damaged in transit, please contact Customer Care immediately. Blanks/USA will be happy to file a claim with the carrier and send you any necessary replacements.

No Hassle Return Instructions

Contact Us before you return an item.

  1. Customer Service will issue you a Return Authorization code.
  2. Display the RA code on the outside of the package or on the return label of the items to be returned.
  3. Write the code onto a copy of your packing list enclosed within your return package.
  4. Ship the package back to us and we'll issue you a refund, less any charges associated with your return. Refunds are for product only and do not include shipping charges.
